Our Iberico Shoulder Roast comes from heritage Spanish pigs raised free to roam and root through pasture and woods right here at Iberico Acres. Alongside their natural forage, they’re fed a clean blend of barley, oats, alfalfa, and sorghum—finished on acorns when nature provides.
