Iberico Baby Back Ribs – Raised Right, Meaty and Mighty
These aren’t your average ribs. Our Iberico Baby Back Ribs come from heritage Spanish pigs raised slow and naturally right here at Iberico Acres. They forage freely on pasture and woodland, rooting and grazing just like they’re built to—then we supplement with a clean, balanced ration of barley, oats, alfalfa pellets, and sorghum, finished with acorns when the season allows.
That old-world diet gives these ribs serious depth—rich, nutty pork flavor, fine marbling, and a tenderness you won’t find in factory-raised pork. These ribs cook up beautifully low and slow, with fat that bastes the meat and bones that clean with a tug.
Small-batch butchered and vacuum sealed on-site to lock in freshness, these ribs are pasture-raised, hands-on, and full of pride.
